Healthy relationships matter! You can choose not to talk to your kids about relationships, sex, and trauma, but it's not going to stop them from experiencing it. The best thing we can do is provide them with education to make sure they go out into the world prepared. And don't say "not my baby" because all of our babies are human beings, which means they have emotions, natural attraction, and they want to feel as though they belong. This group gives them a safe space to learn, ask questions, and take a proactive approach to relationships.

 1. We've made bougie a bad thing and it shouldn't be. Being called bougie is not a compliment and it should be. There's nothing wrong with appreciating finer things and no, it's not "white people stuff". (That's super annoying)

2. I wanted to do something that connected us that wasn't work or business related. This is something for all women who want to meet other women and have fun! There will be games, music, food, drinks, and everyone will leave with a bougie gift bag! 

 If we have learned anything from the last couple of years, we've learned that all people need people. There are all kinds of ladies' nights, women's retreats, and brunches, but what about the men? It's just as important for men to have that sense of community and connection. Cognac and Conversations is the male version of the bougie brunch. Good food, good drinks, and even better conversations and connections!  This has been a game changer! Creating a safe/brave space for men is so important
